Built by Blohm+Voss in 2010 for Roman Abramovich. The build cost is estimated at between 500 and 700 million dollars depending on the source, and annual running costs at around 60 million dollars.

On board: missile detection system, armoured glazing, mini submarine, two helipads, pools, cinema, spa. The permanent crew numbers about 70.

The other extreme, from 20m

This is the threshold of a real yacht, even though no official definition exists. The pre-owned market opens at around 500,000 euros: Princess, Sealine, Sunseeker from 2000 to 2007. Fine boats, usable and properly equipped.

In between

It is not the same category. Eclipse is a floating company. A 20-metre yacht, depending on the owner's profile, can be run single-handed.
